Tulsa Zoo

Well, it will be two weeks Thursday since Kyle has left. We are making it, not well, but we are making it. The boys are getting restless about their daddy being home. When we pull into the driveway, Lawson asks me everytime, is daddy coming home tonight? It is so sweet and sad at the same time. Everything is going well with Kyle except the extreme cold and occasional snow storm but he sees a light at the end and hopes to be home sooner than expected. We can only pray for that! One things for certain.....nothing in the oilfield is certain!! But, I was glad to get to take them to the Tulsa Zoo today. I wanted to get their minds off things, but I didn't want to go far with Kyle not able to go with us. We had never been to this zoo before. It was fun, not a blast, but it was fun. And we got to ride "the moving train" according to Lawson. There was a play area that had a stationary train for the kids to play on and Lawson wanted on. Landon quickly informed him that was not a moving train and we should go to the moving train. After that, that was all we heard about until we finally got on it. He was so sweet, waving goodbye to all the animals we passed. My boys are so precious.....so truly blessed to call them mine! Can't wait until Thursday. We are going to the monkey house in Fort Smith for floor to ceiling bounce arounds! It will so much fun! Love that I am able to spend the extra time with both my boys for a change!
